| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Reponse DETAILS: Received alert for TC positive result from a routine sample collected 6/18/13. Spoke with Jerry. The positive sample was from a home in the portion of the distribution system served by spring 3. Jerry will collect the required repeat and source samples on 6/24. ACTION NEEDED: Further action will be based on results of repeat samples. System to collect five routine samples in July. | ||
