Details: SUMMARY: Nitrate alert DETAILS: Per email with James Nusrala the system will continue on annual testing for nitrates since the level is stable but still requires surveillance. Transient non community systems must monitor quarterly for at least one year following any one sample in which the concentration is 50 percent of the MCL. The system may return to annual monitoring after four consecutive quarterly samples are found to be reliably and consistently below the MCL. ACTION NEEDED: Continue with annual nitrate testing the system did four consecutive quarterly samples and was found to be below 10 MCL.
