| Details: | Called Casey following positive routines 7/19 and positive repeats 7/20. Casey is investigating cause with additional sampling and isolating areas of the distribution system. All of Avions wells that were contributing at the time have been sampled and results back today. Neither of the hole 10 wells were on. Triggered samples were taken from Woodside wells (absent) and the Avion wells. Emailed Casey Level 1 investigation form. Waiting for triggered results to dictate corrective action. | ||
