| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: I contacted operator and after some discussion it was revealed that the sample was collected at a swivel faucet. I discussed sampling protocol and recommended they use appropriate outside taps for 3 repeat samples and collect a 4th repeat at the well head. Operator said she would have the samples collected on 7/5. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeat sample results. | ||
