| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to TC positive routine sample DETAILS: Chuck collected his monthly routine sample in his residence. It was total coliform positive. Due to the holiday and more work on the water system, I recommended flushing good through the weekend and bringing in samples on 7/8. ACTION NEEDED: 3 repeat distribution and 1 source sample are required by July 16. 5 routine samples will be needed for August. | ||
