| Details: | SUMMARY: Localized boil water order for mainline relocation DETAILS: Jim notified me on 7/8/13 that the District will need to issue a boil water notice to 12 customers and a restaurant near 28420 East Columbia River Highway, in order to relocate a 4 inch main to accommodate the new ODOT guard rail in this location. Jim notified all users that work will occur between 9 am and 3 pm on 7/9/13 through door hangers and coordinated with Multnomah County to notify the restaurant accordingly. ACTION NEEDED: District to follow DWS Best Management Practices to restore service, pressures, flush and collect coliform samples before consulting with DWS in order to notify affected users boil order may be lifted. | ||
