| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform Alert DETAILS: Left a message for Gerry on 7/5/13. Spoke with Sue at Analytical Laboratory and they have notifed Gerry as well of the alert. Gerry called back 7/7/13, he is going to do a shock chlorination of the distribution to clean it out and then follow up 5 days later with four repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3 repeat samples from distribution and one from the source. 5 temporary routine samples required from the distribution before the end of August 2013. Information provided last time regarding UV light and plan review process, Gerry is looking into UV light treatment. | ||
