Details: SUMMARY: 10/31/12 sanitary survey deficiency corrective action plan DETAILS: Email outlines requirement to show corrections to survey deficiencies by 8/5/13 ACTION NEEDED: Eliminate pull rope protruding from top of well casing and assure sanitary seal is intact. Assure tank lids are secure. Make a written O & M manual. Make a written coliform sampling plan.
