| Details: | SUMMARY: Responded to coliform DETAILS: After several failed attempts to reach Donald he called the office on 4/15/13 to discuss the alert. He received the positive result on Thursday the 11th and submitted 4 repeat samples that evening. The results came back with 3 positive for coliform and the source was negative. Donald decided to turn on the chlorinator on Friday and had residual chlorine in the system over the weekend. ACTION NEEDED: 4 required repeat samples had already been submitted. | ||
