Details:	Today phone contact was made with the operator. It was discussed that the facility's recent nitrate sample came back over half the MCL. The firm is not being switched to quarterly nitrate sampling at this time as they have already participated in quarterly nitrate sampling in 2017. This determined that the facility reaches their highest nitrate level in the fourth quarter. It was recommended that the annual nitrate continue to be taken during the fourth quarter. In addition, it was discussed that the firm missed their annual source water assessment during the 2020 calendar year. It was discussed that the firm is responsible for monthly coliform, annual nitrate, and annual source water assessment at this time.
