Details:	SUMMARY: Pubic Notice per Administrative Order DETAILS: Talked to operator regarding public notice to be posted at restrooms and distributed by delivery to users on system. Sent operator public notice template via email and instructed to send copy to Lincoln County Environmental Health after distribution/delivery to then forward to DWP. Operator said they are meeting with bank to finalize financing for water system improvements and they are awaiting plan approval by DWP. ACTION NEEDED: Follow-up to ensure public notice is delivered/posted.
