Sent operator public notice template via email and instructed to send copy to Lincoln County Environmental Health after distribution/delivery to then forward to DWP. Operator said they are meeting with bank to finalize financing for water system improvements and they are awaiting plan approval by DWP. ACTION NEEDED: Follow-up to ensure public notice is delivered/posted. | ||
