| Details: | SUMMARY: No source water assessment from SRC-AA, SRC-BB in 2012-- late source sample in Sept. 2012-- no NO3 sample from EP-B in 2012 DETAILS: Talked to Tony about:1. The annual Source Water Assessment samples required from SRC-AA and SRC-BA. He will take two samples this spring in 2013. 2.Sent in change form for SRC-BB-- this well is not hooked upto the distribution line. It is inactive-- but available for emergency use. 3.Nitrate sampling: He will take 2 nitrate samples in 2013: one from EP-A and one from EP-B. ACTION NEEDED: March 28, 2013 Source Water Sample from SRC-BA Well B was positive for total coliform. Tony does not need to do any further sampling. | ||
