Details: 1/12 Hit voicemail to touch bases with Leah on the missed repeat source samples after the coliform positive 12-22. Also want to talk about the 3 temp routine samples due for January

1/13 Talked with Leah and the new secondary contact for the water system, Katie, today about follow up from the coliform positive and the recent violation from missing the repeat source sample. There were 3 routine distribution samples due for the month of January, these came in yesterday as absent. There is no treatment on this water, so it could be indicative of the same water as the source sample. The water system operators will take the 2021 source sample with the first quarterly sample for coliform. Leah then emailed me the completed level 1 investigation.

Leah requested I sent an DRC update form to get Katie's information.
