| Details: | I e-mailed the operator regarding the repeat positive coliform sample results. We discussed shock chlorinating the system and following up with special samples to insure it worked. The operator reported that a well pump switch repair was conducted on January 4, 2021 and could have been the source of the contamination. I provided a Level 1 investigation form. We discussed submitting three temporary routine distribution samples in February. I will follow up with the operator to provide their SDWIS link for the systems coliform sampling schedule. |
