Details: SUMMARY: PNC follow up/resolution DETAILS: Email sent 12/20/12. You have 19 points in violations that I am hoping can be resolved quickly. Positive coliform Aug.16 and positive repeat. Public notices required. Template attached. The solution is addition to the chlorinator. You are missing fourth quarter sampling and 5 distribution samples in October. Part of using the chlorinator is recording the residual on the sample submission. We will be looking for that on al TC results. Be sure to take an assessment sample directly from the well in 2013. Once the chlorination is on the system you will be required to take the sample of the well every year. You will be doing residual maintenance on the system sot h assessment sample proves your system has not been compromised with Ecoli. ACTION NEEDED: Received public notices and forwarded to the state. Plan review has been completed for chlorinator and approved 2/21/13. Matt took samples for source assessment and routine sample on 3/11/13 both negative. Returned to compliance 3/20/13
