| Details: | SUMMARY: Resolution of PNC DETAILS: System had a score of 11. System lacked DBP sampling for a number of years. During the survey back in 2010 I had discussed the DBP sampling. I emailed the state on 4/1/13 to return to compliance the violations. The system now has a system score of 5. The system is no longer a PNC ACTION NEEDED: I will continue to work with the system to resolve the Rad and source system violations. | ||
