Details: SUMMARY: Survey 9/17/12 follow up DETAILS: I stopped by the facility and reviewed the system has an operations and maintenance manual. This is a no profit facility and I provided them with contact info for the circuit rider. They have same ideas for improving the system so they may need some tech assistance. ACTION NEEDED: None
