| Details: | SUMMARY: SOC detection Alert confirmation DETAILS: The confirmation sample for DI(2-ETHYLHEXYL) - PHTHALATE taken on 6/6/13 exceeds one half of the MCL. I contacted Vonnie and advised her to begin quaterly monitoring to determine compliance (RAA). She will take the 3rd quarter sample in July. ACTION NEEDED: Update chemical monitoring schedule. Follow up on RAA to determine compliance and advise operator. | ||
