| Details: | I e-mailed Mr. Kammerer regarding the December quarterly nitrate sample alert. The result was 6.6 pm. I reviewed the quarterly testing history with Shawn Stevenson. Shawn reported to me that rule requires four consecutive quarterly samples need to be submitted to be considered for a return to annual testing schedule and that the results must be reliably and consistently below the MCL of 10 ppm. The systems quarterly sampling schedule started in the first quarter of 2020. The second quarter sample is missing. I informed Mr. Kammerer that the second quarter 2020 sample is not recorded and that if he had the tested to please let me know. |
