| Details: | SUMMARY: Sanitary survey deficiency follow up schedule DETAILS: Letter to correct deficiencies noted in 12/19/11 survey. ACTION NEEDED: Sample for Pb and Cu on 6 month basis. Meet public education requirements. Provide Pb and Cu source sample results. Make sure sanitary seal of well casing is intact. Secure lid to concrete tank and collect Rad samples. Make coliform sampling plan and an O&M manual. Submit letter of recommendation re Pb and Cu and install corrosion control as per plan review. | ||
