| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 6/12/13 DETAILS: Spoke to Mr. Trott by phone. He said he is not aware of any obvious reason for these sample results. He does not check chlorine level daily, maybe twice per week and he expects it to be 1.5 mg/l. I asked him to call me f an of the following results showed coliform present. ACTION NEEDED: Source sample from wellhead. Repeat sample same faucet where 6/12 sample was taken. Repeat sample, 1 or 2 trailers upstream from #2. Repeat sample, 1-2 trailers downstream from #2.
