| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow-up phone call to the operator of View Point TC and designated operator. DETAILS: NCPHD called this operator on 7-8-13 and again on 7-18-13 to conform that the contact listed for the water system is actually still responsible for the system. I have called Steve 4-5 times since the June 26th total coliform Alert for the system and he has not responded to my phone calls. I called the 296-5797 # for View Point again today and asked that they contact me so I could verify that they have a certified operator and the State has verification of that persons training. I have requested information on their CCR, ASR, ERP, O&M Manual and to verify the reservoir leak has been addressed. As of this date the system has made no effort to respond to any of my requests.I have contacted Michelle Byrd, OHA Drinking Water and have informed her of the systems lack of communication. The water system has a July 31st dead line on the Notice of Non-Compliance letter dated May 29, 2013 written by OHA- Brad Daniels. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
