| Details: | I called Gabriel to let him know that another violation was generated for a missed coliform sample for December. He went off using expletives against the State. Gabriel said that he would get a sample in for January, but he doesn't think it is fair that he should pay for a sample every month during these hard times. I explained to him that the only way to get off monthly sampling is to complete a 12 months course of the monthly samples. | ||
