| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey follow up from 8/9/12 DETAILS: Water system operator has made several repairs to the water system. The leak at the well head has been repaired. The unscreened vent has been replaced by a screened upside down, j shaped vent. They have also switched to chlorox brand bleach for chlorination. This corrects all significant deficiencies fro the survey. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
