| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Three temporary routine samples collected 6/18/13 were positive for coliform. I spoke with Dan about collecting a triggered sample from each well and since there is an MCL violation about distributing a tier 2 public notice. No repeat samples are required (MCL violation) ACTION NEEDED: A triggered source sample from both wells, distribute tier 2 public notice and five temporary routines are due in July | ||
