Details:	SUMMARY: No routine coliform sample was taken the second quarter in 2013-- no source water sample was taken in 2012. DETAILS: Talked to Fred about sampling:1 Source water sample required every year from the well. No source water sample was taken in 2012. January 10, 2013 a source water sample was taken . It is listed on the web as N/A for site-- will call DWP and let them know this sample was taken from the well and is the annual source water sample.2 Nitrate samples were taken in 2013 twice: one on January 3, 2012 and one on January 10, 2013. The operator sampled nitrates again in March 2013 because confusion about the notices from the DWP.The routine coliform sample was not taken in the 2nd quarter 2013. The second sample was taken March 22, 2013 missing the second quarter: April 1 to June 30. ACTION NEEDED: Sending sampling schedule to Fred.
