| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulartory Assistance DETAILS: I received a phone call from Melissa and she wanted to know what report needed to be sent in and she said they received a post card from the state. I looked up possible violations and noted one fro the 2nd quarter 2014 coliform. I informed her of the violation and the process fro submitting test results. She will fax in the results for April 2013. She said the lab took a sample April 2013 but nay not have sent it in. She thought the lab was required to send it in ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
