| Details: | SUMMARY: E. Coli+ sample DETAILS: I talked to Lori Bogle regarding the E. Coli positive sample taken on July 26, 2013. I informed her that 4 repeats needed to be taken immediately, followed by 5 samples in August. She planned on taking 2 samples today (7/30/2013) and 4 more tomorrow (7/31/2013) when she can get more test kits. I informed her that she should issued a Boil Water Notice immediately because of the filter issues they are also having and I emailed her the template. She issued a boil water notice to the residents at 11:30am. The plan is to flush and chlorinate. ACTION NEEDED: Flushing and chlorinating the system. Taking a minimum of 4 repeat samples now and 5 temporary specials next month (August). | ||
