Details:	Called Kevin to make him aware that no coliform sample was submitted for December and that he needs to get one in for January in order to return to compliance. Kevin said the tavern has been temporarily closed since November since they do not have a take-out business model. Because of this, he assumes that Delta may have came through to test, but he was not there. He will contact them and have them come and grab samples to get back in to compliance.
