| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation for SRC Assessment Sample/ Arsenic DETAILS: Michele Bernard has contaced the state in regards to obtaining an alternate water supply for the facility due to high arsenic in the water ( Violation 3,4). The system did not collect a source assessment sample for last year (Violation 1). I spoke with Michele and notified her that a source sample needs to be taken annually for the facility and that one for this year needs to be submitted prior to the end of December. ACTION NEEDED: Return violation 1 to compliance. | ||
