Details:	SUMMARY: Source Assessment Sample not taken DETAILS: Spoke with James Mores ( new operator at camp) he was not aware of what samples he was supposed to take and when. They do not have a raw water sample tap. I informed him the samples need to be taken each month they are open before chlorination at the well. James said he would put one in this month so they can submit a sample for August and September this year. I also explained to him that a quarterly distribution sample was needed during his operating season. They have submitted one in June for the distribution. I will go out to the site to go over the water system while I do the camp inspection on August 13 2013. ACTION NEEDED: Return all violations to compliance.
