| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation for RT coliform not taken DETAILS: A routine coliform sample for the quarter of April- June was not submitted. I spoke with Paul Walker and the site submitted a sample in May and July labeled source for the first and second quarter samples. This site does not have treatment and should not submit source samples. Since there is not treatment the source samples would qualify for the distribution samples. I explained to Paul that all future samples for the site should be labeled distribtuion and sampled within the distribution of the system. ACTION NEEDED: Return all violations to compliance. | ||
