| Details: | SUMMARY: Reg Assistance - violation DETAILS: Laura called because the WS got a violation card. They did not report a 2nd quarter routine TC sample. The sample was actually taken a few days late (on July 2nd) so it will count for the 3rd quarter routine. I told Laura just to make sure future quarterly samples are collected during the quarter and reported within 10 days after the quarter. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
