| Details: | SUMMARY: Reg Assistance - Violation DETAILS: Julia called regarding the violation they received for late reporting of the 2nd quarter routine TC sample and an outstanding asbestos monitoring violation. I told her to make sure the 3rd quarter TC sample was reported on time. I send a request to DMCE to remove the asbestos violation. Julia confirmed they do not have A/C pipe and the asbestos schedule has already been removed. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
