| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance - Violation DETAILS: Chris called regarding a violation he received for not reporting a routine 2nd quarter TC test. I explained they need to get the 3rd quarter sample in asap and that they also have a violation for not reporting and annual nitrate test in 2012. Chris said he would take both tests asap. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on missing tests. | ||
