| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I contacted Michael and discussed the alert. He was notified yesterday by the lab and is in the process of submitting new samples (4 repeats and one of the 4 from the source). I reminded him to take 5 routines this month, original positive is 7/31/13 Michael thinks the positive was from a possible contaminated bottle ( it was accidentally dropped on the ground and he didnt think it touched the lid of bottle. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
