| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to sanitary survey DETAILS: Violation returned to compliance 4/2/13, nitrate sample take and correctly labeled EP-B. As well, this lack of a nitrate test was the only deficiency item identified during the 2013 sanitary survey. All items from this survey have now been corrected as well. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
