| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: One temporary routine positive. Jack Baures spoke with Colette on 5/31/13. I spoke with Colette today. We discussed the required samples, one triggered, four repeats within 24 hours of the initial positive and the five temp routines due in June. We talked about measuring and recording the dist system chlorine residual daily and insuring there is a 0.2-0.5ppm chlorine residual. We talked about having one knowledgeable person collecting the samples from the right place using proper methodology. ACTION NEEDED: see above | ||
