| Details: | SUMMARY: source sample reporting DETAILS: I contacted Louie to inform him that a souce sample was never reported prior to them shocking the well. I was told by Maria at Waterlab the original source sample taken on 7/23/13 was positive for TC only. Apparently Louie labeled that sample as special. He took an additional 5 samples on 7/24/13 and labeled those special as well. I asked him to contact the lab and get one of those submitted as a TG. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
