| Details: | SUMMARY: Priority Non Complier (PNC) resolution DETAILS: This system has had all violations from 2011-2012 RTC and is now in full compliance. All sampling and monitoring is now current effective 6/3/13 as noted in state website. New facility opened up in May 2013 visited with Shelly in early May 2012 to discuss water situation. Shelly took steps of getting water tested to allow facility to reopen under new ownership. Local Health Dept spent a great deal of time working with this system getting them back up to speed.
