| Details: | SUMMARY: Five temp routines collected 7-25-13 tested TC+. DETAILS: 7-29-13 ---Five temp routines collected 7-25-13 tested TC+. I spoke with Roland today and informed him that a triggered source sample is due within 24 hours, a Tier 2 public notice needs to be re-issued due to a MCL violation, and five temp routines need to be collected in August. We also discussed corrective action: I recommended contacting/hiring a contractor to shock chlorinate the well, storage, and distribution system BUT NOT until the results of the triggered source sample are known and any source confirmation samples are collected (if needed).
