| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey deficiency follow up DETAILS: Met with Brad on site to review his Operations Manual (O&M), Emergency response Plan (ERP) coliform sampling plan and chlorine testing procedures. The system now has in place an O&M, ERP plan and coliform sampling plan. All three meet the minimum standards required by the state for these documents. Additionally, the system now has a DPD type testing kit for testing chlorine residuals and is testing and recording the residual 2x/week as required. ACTION NEEDED: All deficiencies have now been corrected. | ||
