| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey deficiency follow up DETAILS: Met with Lunnette on site to review her operations manual (O&P) Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and coliform sampling plan. The system now has in place an O&M manual, ERP plan and coliform sampling plan. All three meet the minimum standards required by the state for these documents. ACTION NEEDED: All significant deficiencies have now been corrected. | ||
