| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up for missing radium from EP C (Hopi) DETAILS: In setting up survey discussee final missing Radium from EP-C. System took Rad samples in 3/11, 12/11 and 11/12 but still needs one more quarterly sample. Results have shown some detection so schedule will be every 6 years regardless of outcome. Spoke with lab and they will pull Rad sample ASAP and submit results. ACTION NEEDED: Take and submit radium ASAP to fulfill quarterly sampling for this Rad and schedule will go to every 6 years. Next sample will be 2019 | ||
