| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive routine coliform 6/5/13 DETAILS: I contacted the school Raleen let me know that Steve would be conducting the follow up sampling. I contacted Steve to let him know about the coliform positive sample. He had just found out earlier in the morning. I reminded him to take a source sample at eh well head and three repeat samples in the distribution system. I also let him know to be sure to sample in the school for routine sampling and not at the well. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up sampling and respond as necessary. | ||
