| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive repeat coliform DETAILS: I contacted the system operator to let him know about the repeat total coliform positive sample. He was aware of the positive sample. He will disinfect the tanks and distribution system. I reminded him to send out a public notice to residents within 30 days and send a copy to the state and this office. The operator indicated he may look into residual maintenance chlorination. I reminded him plan review would be needed. Five temp routine samples will be needed for July ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of public notice and respond as necessary. | ||
