| Details: | SUMMARY: Deficiencies Follow up from Survey DETAILS: Recieved a copy of the Colifrom sampling plan, notification that the O & M manual has been completed, and the ERP completion form. Upon revieweing the deficiencies for the site, a violation was issued for not submitting a source sample for SRC-AD 2012. Reviewing the coliform sample results a source sample was sumbitted for all active sources on September 18, 2012. Well #1 SRC-AD was mislabeled as SRC-AA. ACTION NEEDED: All deficiencies for survey have been corrected. Return violation 90000008 to compliance and correct Well #1 source ID to SRC-AD in sampling from September. | ||
