| Details: | SUMMARY: Plan review inspection Plan ID #185-2012 DETAILS: We were requested to do a plan review facility inspection by Carrie Gentry. I visited the facility today and found the required signage at the kitchen sink and drinking fountain. The bathrooms also have their own signage. I have included pictures of the signs. The well head has a sample tap for raw water samples. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
