| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: I called 5/28/13 and talked to Sung Kim and was directed to talk to her husband Tae Kim. Mr. Kim was aware of the volatile sample and was in contact with his water lab to take the 4 repeat samples including a raw source sample s soon as possible I reminded him o take 5 routine samples in June. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples as soon as possible and 5 routine samples in June. | ||
