| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: Sanitary survey was completed on system in August 2012 and revealed significant construction deficiencies. Firm requested a waiver. The requirements for pursuing a formal waiver were mailed to system in January 2013. Firm changed ownership and the waiver requirements were mailed to Tom, new owner, March 2013. I spoke with Mr. Stout today via telephone and discussed the waiver requirements in detail. Mr. Stout was agreeable in obtaining and providing the information and file a formal waiver application by the end of April 2013. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain required info for formal waiver application and submit for evaluation. | ||
